It all started in the 2nd Round

Cotto cant take it to the body

Margarito hit him with a body shot that double Cotto over and that was the beginning of the end for cotto...cotto literally set on the 2nd rope after that shot

    did anybody else notice that?

I watched it without sound on (UK Time it was like 4AM) and I noticed it. When i rewatched it with sound on it was harder to notice cause the commentators were talking about Cotto so much..

after the fight margarito said he caught cotto with some low blows and some body shots and when ever he would land to the body that cotto would push away thats how he was able to tell that he was hurting cotto

Marg did land some great body shots early on... But it wasnt truly til the 7th round that cotto was in trouble. Yes he was flying around the ring bouncing around, using alot of energy, he was still ahead in the fight. But that type of movement was only going to last so long.

I could tell early on Cotto couldn't fight 12 rounds the way it was going... Margarito was getting pretty tired too around the 10th round.
