Let's All Show Respect for Cotto...

So Cotto lost, but gave an admirable display of abilities, but until the end he just fatigued and Margarito took the best of him, but members here are laughing at Cotto, disrespecting him and his fans. But after all I am still here beside my fighter and he is still the champion in my eyes and will always be since I am a true fan that will always root for him and I'm sure there are many more that feel the same way. So let's show respect and support to Cotto since he lost fighting the best unlike some fighters who only fought hand picked fighters (not saying any names except *cough* Mayweather *cough*). I'm sure he'll bounce back win a rematch against Margarito and will beat the best of the division again.

I actually think Cotto is getting TOO much respect. Making excuses for him etc... The dude lost fair and square... I'm sure he's not too disappointed. I don't give a **** how bad I get beaten (within reason) today if I have a 3 million dollar check tomorrow.

Its true about him having the balls to fight Margarito, unlike other fighters with "amazing" skills.

People are laughing at him because some of his fans (not saying you or anything) made him seem like God which is untrue because only Tye Fields can hold that title

Cotto fought until he couldn't fight no more. That's what champs do.

I'm not a fan of Miguel Cotto. But I'll recognize and respect a real, no frills fighter when I see one. And I saw two last night. So Cotto gets plenty of respect from me.

He dared to be great, and failed.
Michael Jordan missed 25,000 shots but he kept taking them.

All respect to the man. He gave us our money's worth, and that's all I can ask.
