It would be a similar fight like Tito vs Bernard Hopkins. Hopkins grinded out Tito and eventually stopped him. In regards to Margarito not being able to take Tito's left hook, I say look at Fernando Vargas, who could not take a punch, especially a left hook, and almost lasted the whole fight with Tito. Now take Margarito who has a granite rock solid chin (Cotto's power is no joke, but it did not phaze the Tijuana Tornado) and tell me he would not last. Margarito would apply so much pressure to Tito and would not allow him adjust himself (just like Ultimate mention in a previous reply to this post). And for sure he would stop Tito because Margarito has more power than Hopkins and literally every punch he throws is a power punch and Tito has nowhere as good a defense as Cotto's.

So Margarito punches harder than Hopkins, could take 100x more a punch than Vargas (who almost lasted the whole fight), applies the most relentless pressure (ever seen by a fighter), throws almost all power punches, and Tito does not have as good a defense as Cotto. Result Margarito by KO!
