Paul Williams if he ever took Margarito on a second time would win again. Margarito looked no better in his fight against Cotto than he did against Williams, but Margarito was able to impose his will and size on Cotto and get Cotto on the ropes where eventually Cotto slipped up in the seventh round and Margarito caught him.
Williams is a much bigger man than Cotto and even Margarito himself, and could force Margarito to fight his kind of fight outboxing him with a reach that is comparable to some heavyweights.
Other than Williams, I think Margarito could beat just about anybody in the WW division.

Williams has probably got the best chance of current Fighters
As I said before, Mayweather does everything Margarito struggled with last night, twice as good as Cotto.. but he needs to come out of retirement first

Paul Williams becuase of his length and workrate that could counter Margarito's. Just like he did in the first fight.

Then Floyd if he ever came back. His speed and quickness would just be light years faster than Marge's and Floyd would never get lured into the type of fight Cotto was lured into.

          What about Berto or Clottey?

Marg is really a one dimensional slugger. He loses to anyone who can keep away from him for long enough whilst still landing shots of their own. Cotto landed much the better shots all night and IMO would have won had he been either tougher or a bit more elusive. He wasn't, so he lost. Marg would find it hard to beat Paul Williams if Williams boxes the way he did first time out.

Clottey already tried and he couldn't and even though Berto is much faster and more skilled than Marg, at this point I don't think he could handle the pressure Margarito could bring. Plus he would probably land some huge shots and who knows how he would react once he threw everything and the kitchen sink and Margarito still hadn't slowed down.

Yes, he's beatable. Williams already did and I'm sure Mayweather and Clottey could as well.

Mayweather, Williams and even Sugar Shane could beat Tony. DLH could also beat him if they fought at 150 or above.
