well I see how the person fights and not the opposition he won.

If like this Cotto should have won Margarito or Baldomir should have lost to Zab.

but it something more complex then that

It is also the how he won the fight even counts.

      It doesn't work like that.

You have to take their achievements as a whole.
Look at where Floyd started. Look at where Cotto started.

You also don't get to overlook the fact that Mayweather was passing rapidly through weightclasses with a summit in mind.

      Résumé 4 Résumé
      Floyd > Cotto.

So quit with the nauseating propaganda.
So I guess you missed the part where Left Hook Tua is comparing both Floyd and Cotto at Light Welterweight, that's what this thread is about.

i think the "missed" is intentional.

just like the "no response" on the other thread.

            And?

Their achievements aren't even close @ this stage.

Floyd started as this skinny super-feather.

Cotto has always been a thick dude fighting around 140lbs from the start.

You all are clutching @ straws to make out like Cotto is the more accomplished fighter.

            That's known as desperation.

The real question is why you'd feel so desperate at all.

See everything Floyd did past 135 no matter what division he fought in, he gets a pass from some people because it was all enroute to a fight at 150 with DLH. He fought bunk at 140 and 147 compared to Cotto.

              That seems to explain everything.

Mayweather fought great competition up until and ending at 135.

                  yeah.

                    it's not propaganda.

not one time do you hear me say cotto is more accomplished. nor will you probably ever here me say it.

this is in respond to floyd people asking what cotto has done?

since cotto fought at 140 and 147 , just trying to point out both's careers at those weight classes.

So I guessed you missed the part about Cotto fighting more extensively @ jr. welter and welter because those are his 2 reigning weightclasses to date?

And the part about how Floyd Jr. was passing through those divisions to get @ something else?

OF COURSE Cotto will have done more @ this weightclass.

Floyd fought only 3 times @ jr. welter.

This thread is only "about" trying to make Cotto look more accomplished than Mayweather.

And overall, he isn't close. And I doubt ever will be.
