You think it was better? Honestly, I say no, the first couple of rounds were very one sided and Cotto never really slugged it out.

yea it was, i dunno man watchin dis fight felt like we were watchin a classic bout of leonard - hearns magnitude. plus the puerto rico - mexico rivalry made it that much more intense.

Kinda reminds me of the first Pavlik-Taylor fight. Same way everything was playing out, and ultimately is a close second for Fight of the Year.

It's a tie for me. I loved how Margarito completely turned the tables and defied everyone's expectations.

Cotto-Margarito was a great fight but it doesn't surpass Vazquez-Marquez 3 for me.
