**** all the bull**** PR vs MEX blah blah blah....

Both these guys went toe to toe, Margarito took some nasty shots from Cotto. Cotto tried to fight fire with fire because Margarito looked to be an easy target but he was paying a price every time he stopped and went toe to toe. It could easily have been a draw going into the 11th round but Cotto just couldn't deal with the pressure any more. Margarito pretty much went forward every single round of the fight, even if he got hit with a 4 punch combo he kept going after Cotto.

I'm sure the fight tonight turned many casual boxing fans into hardcores and even surprised some people who had never given boxing a chance.

Both fighters are true warriors and boxing is blessed to have such great champions willing to put it all on the line.

I dont think it was toe-to-toe (Cotto kept running and Marg. tried to chase him down) but it was a great fight. It was well worth staying up for here in the U.K. Great action at 4am.

I just re-watched the fight, it was amazing again.

Too bad my lazy ass didn't go see it live, anybody who considers Cotto a puss or quitter should have to spar 5 rounds with Margarito mandatory.
