Bottom line is he had a chance to make a fight with Margarito and he chose not to. He elected to fight Baldomir for a lesser amount of money instead. He also chose to fight Dela Hoya who was semi retired and pass his prime. He had so many welterweight challengers like Margarito, Cotto and Williams yet he chose to fight none of them. Those guys would fight him in a heartbeat.
