Is Margarito a HOF fighter?

Just wondering,

I know for many he has been seen as a journeyman, but after tonight he beat one of the best welters out there. What do you think?

Right now I don't think he has the resume to justify HOF. I think he needs to beat 1 or 2 more big names before he should be HOF. Having said that, it isn't really that hard to get into the HOF.
