Maybe if they starved Kelly Pavlik, threw him in a sauna for 8 weeks, and then brought him back amoung the living with some intravenous fluids on fight night.

Just so happens that Cotto and Cintron were the hardest punchers there. Margarito not only ate their best punches but he stopped both of them.

I honestly don't think any welter out there can hurt Margarito. There may be a couple who can beat him though.

If you meant all time, then definitely Hearns, Robinson or Leonard could put a hurt on Margarito. They mix incredible speed with their boxing ability and power shots so it would have more effect. Even then they would have put their punches together late becuase Margarito's chin is just plain unreal.
