Gotta give respect to Cotto... the guy laid it out on the line against a dangerous opponent. He showed he wasn't bluffing. He laced them up against a guy much bigger names avoid like the plague and only complete unknowns are willing to fight to come into the limelight.

He took a beating and in the end he gave it all he had left.... can't look down on that.

He did not go out like a man... DID NOT.

He conducted his own personal track meet. He took a knee. then took another knee. Then his corner threw in the towel. Then he refused an HBO interview.
What part of this was warrior-like?

I saw Clottey and Williams go 12 with Tony. So, please. Stop yourself.

A good post from a good poster! Both guys gave everything but the more durable, determined guy won. Margarito and Cotto both deserve respect for giving the true fight fans a fight like that.
