He gave me the same feeling I had when Lewis beat Tyson. I felt a little sick in my stomach when he lost, some days it is your night some days it isn't.
Anyway something I have always thought is good fighters are measured by how they respond after a defeat. A great portion of boxing is mental strength and it takes a lot to respond from a defeat positively.
I genuinely hope he comes back from this stronger and learns. I personally feel that he went against his normal fight pattern. Margarito stuck to what he knew best, Cotto tried outboxing Margarito all the way through, there came a point where he should have dug his heels in and smacked him with spite.
I gained respect for Margarito also, in all honesty I expected Cotto to steam roll him but he showed his worth and guts, even after getting ''clowned'' in the earlier rounds he pulled through props to him.
