Suck it all you pseudo experts calling for a Cotto KO like it was a given. Anybody who knew better knew Margarito would win this fight at the very least. Hell, Marg was even better than I gave him credit for, stopping his opponent who was scrambling around boxing all night. I had Marg with a points win just for the fact Cotto would avoid him over 12 rounds. He did me one better!

Brutal!!! They showed a highlight package of Cotto's face looking like potted meat after the punishment he took from Margarito and cut into the crowd where you see Miguel's baby mama and son weeping in horror.

Margarito's swagger is so off the charts he didn't even bother to parry any punches like he usually does in there, he would just take 1 (or 3) to give 1.

You know, I've witnessed people hating on this guy for years. So really, this has to be the best moment of his career. You can't take anything away from him. Respect to this warrior. Also respect to Cotto, another warrior.

PBF and Cotto stans thought that. Cotto fans are givin him props tho. I'm waitin for them to attack Tony and say Cotto was weak or some **** but people are bein unbiased on here. This is good for boxing.

Here's the deal. Everyone should've known what was up after that fight with the Punisher. Paul Williams does everything better than Cotto except body punching (and Cotto's starting to get overrated in that dept as it was nonexistant against Mosely and Margarito)... and even HE nearly drowned at the hands of Antonio despite throwing a kajillion punches with Marg starting out cold!

I had Williams winning that fight and wanted him to win, but no way was it a walk in the park like the exaggerators on here claim. In my opinion, I stated that was one of the best examples of a fighter losing and still coming out pretty damn rosy.. but alas Marg got shat on.

Then you see Cotto in there having to get crafty to topple the likes of Judah and having no power breaking effect on Shane Mosely who was looking his age (his timing was way off and was visibly slower than Cotto).. and people were saying Cotto was going to KO Marg outright! Hello! Antonio had already been fighting the other giants at welterweight and such and hadn't been stopped. Judah and Mosely were not good enough measuring sticks to deduce he had the power to keep Margarito off him, but Cotto's got good pop, Marg's face looked like he was in a fight tonight.

I also like Williams pulling it out again in Pride & Punishment II. You will get better performances from both, and a similar outcome. Paul has that same 2nd gear determination Margarito has despite his flaws.
