Yes, that's a big no no. Just think about it. After you get a message, you feel like you want to sleep because your sooooo relaxed and almost in a drained state of mind. It's a terrible thing to do before a fight and during the fight. They did it to Morales's legs to get him back into the 2nd fight with Manny. And they did it to Manny's arms during his 2nd Barrera fight. There's no reason to be doing that because it's really sapping more energy out of the arms by loosening them up after they've already been worked to death. It's like making a larger hole in a tire that's already been leaking air after a long drive.
