Who WOULD Cotto beat at 154?

154's a pretty weak division. Do you think Cotto could claim 154 pound belts if he gets past Margarito?

There isn't anyone apart from MAYBE De La Hoya at 154 that shows any type of threat.

Cotto would probably beat that lot, De La Hoya would give him a good fight but we all know how De La Hoya doesn't like body shots and Cotto is a master at that.

Kirkland is a question mark right now, he looks like he has the potential to go very far in the division.
He may give Cotto some problems.
Cotto is a small guy, he's not really a 154 pound fighter, so De La Hoya, Daniel Santos, and Cory Spinks all are legitimate threats.

Cotto vs Winly Wright at 154 would push the right buttons. Damn, i'd love to see that fight.
