I mean come on! Pacquiao comes out beating great fighters, and then opens the doors for so many of our countrymen to fight on world stage and get pretty good exposure, but they ALL fail to live up to the hype, why is this? Is boxing really for us? All of our prospects beat great fighters like Jorge Cardernas (9-3-3) and we celebrate such a big victory over this great Mexican fighter... Sorry my Filipino brothers, i dont think we belong in the sport of boxing, lets just enjoy pacquiao while hes here, i started watching boxing when he became known so i will stop watching it when hes gone..

In 2 yrs time there will be more filipino world champions than mexican or puerto rican world champions. And ill take bets on that. People keep forgetting that all these filipino prospects that lost recently are only 19-21. They still have long careers ahead of them.
