The bozo that commented on the small arms never laced up a pair of gloves.....I am sure of that. Yes Cotto's arms are smaller then Marg's. That doesn't mean anything. This is the sweet science not a bodybuilding comp. Cotto's weight is in the lower body. He is compact and explosive. That is where most of the torque starts. Now I'm not saying Becuase Cotto has a stronger base that he will win. There are so may variables.....I am a Cotto fan although I think Cotto has his hands full tonight.
