I think Jirov's workrate and power would be too much for Haye although I think Haye would have his moments by countering in between Jirov's punches but ultimately I think Jirov knocks Haye out.

jIROV PROBABLY GRINDS HIM DOWN AND KO'S HIM MID TO LATE BUT hAYE COULD TAKE HIM OUT AT ANY POINT EVEN THO HE IS A TOUGH GUY.

James Toney is a tough guy and he got punched in his belly like 60 times throughout the fight if not more , Haye can't take that left uppercut to the body though. I mean Mesi couldn't dent Vasilliy. Right now maybe HAye but prime for prime Haye gets beaten bad.

Jirov throws a lot. He would come out throwing a lot hard at Haye, and Hayes chin is pretty bad. Haye may drop him with a right hand, but ultimatly i think Jirov by TKO.
