lol Cotto cannot make 140 anymore he will die on the scales his bones are heavy that is why its harder for him to cut weight even though he is short.

Cotto is built like a Tank he is stocky, with heavy bones and wide shoulders. Pacman vs oscar is a 1 and done deal.
