Berto would smash him, Soto-Karass is tough and makes for good fights but he is very limited and would get killed by the elite.

I'D go with this but he'd make them work for as long as it lasted.
Berto has too many skills and quickness but he better be ready for that kind of fight.

Oh yeah, Angulo is much, much better than Soto Karass, who will turn out to be a good trial horse and TV friendly fighter.
