    What If It Happens

it's been a while that the oscar dela hoya vs manny pacquiao has been put out. it has been a talk among fans if this fight will really push through or if this is just a gimmick to put people's minds on boxing. my question is what if this pushes through and the ridiculous fight that we the fans have been chatting about here in the forums will finally come to reality? are we ready for something like this? this will be likely the mismatch of the century. but the thing is what if pacquiao luckily defeats dela hoya will he be given the respect that the haters never gave him? or will he be hated on more? what about the golden boy, will he be given more respect? or will people think that it's all about money? or will the mexican people be happy since he is the last mexican hope to ever defeat the media labeled mexican assassin?

so far this match is still a rumor yet to be reality. still no comment from mayweather sr. since he is the biggest critic of roach. roach has spoke but mayweather is still to remain silent. so my fellow non stop boxing scene members, what would happen if pac defeats golden boy? or if golden boy defeats pac? what would it bring to us?

I will be fairly disgusted if this fight comes off. As you say it is just a complete mismatch that I do not really want to see.

In terms of the outcome, I can only see an Oscar KO really. The possibility of Pacman winning is so remote it doesn't really even warrant much consideration IMO.

I dont like Pacman, but IF he won, I would have ALOT of respect for him. **** winning, I'll have respect for him to even sign the contract.

the funny thing about this is that pacquiao is the one who's very excited about this fight. he keeps saying that this fight will be his favorite fight since he will be honored to fight his boxing idol. he even planned on how many weeks he will train and what type of training he will do.
