Cotto has been marketed very well.

Tonight is his first real test.
And what was the fight with Mosley?

Cotto's past plenty of tests. This is Margs 3rd Welterweight test he got a 70 against Clottey, failed Paul Williams and we'll find out about numero tres in a couple hours.

Obviously Cotto is the favorite, and is going to remain a 2-1 or 3-1 favorite. He's got a better record, fought much better competition, is of a higher class, on a higher skill level, undefeated, etc...

But I think a lot of people are really underestimating Antonio in this one, which is usually the case when Antonio fights anybody. He has has a better chance of beating Cotto than any of Cotto's previous opponets IMO. Because he's a naturally bigger man, who's fought men his size and bigger, took their best shots, and never flinched.

You can point to the knockdowns and losses early in his career but c'mon, that's bull****. That Antonio is nowhere near the level of the Antonio Miguel's fighting tonight. He's got the height advantage, the reach advantage, the weight advantage, the better chin, and he's much more active.

I'm going with Cotto to win because he is the favorite, that's it. But my heart wants Antonio to win it because he's come up the hard way, paid his dues and has been overlooked by everybody his entire career.

All I know for sure is I wouldn't want to be Miguel Cotto tonight in the ring with Margarito, when Antonio feels his back is up against a wall.

And I also wouldn't want to be a Cotto fan when I see Margarito smile back at Cotto after taking Cotto's best shot.

Mosley was on the decline hand picked.

Could beat many in his class but wasnt the Shane Mosley we all knew and loved.

Judah hadn't won a real fight since Cory Spinks.

But the whole world knew this.

So you honestly don't think that Carlos Quintana, Judah and Mosley were not significant tests for Cotto?

In my opinion, this fight tonight is a close call either way. I think Shane Mosley would handily beat Margarito by decision.

When he is gonna get knocked out badly.

                No one will bet me.

That was amazing. Worth the ppv.

I was wrong, and right at the same time.
