I don't take it serious. It's a hobby. I like to get my run in, do the drills, bag work, jump rope, double end bag, speed bag and spar then lift weights with the rest of my time. I haven't gone in a week though.. I've been lazy this whole week. Again, I don't care if you believe if I train or not or spar or box. I don't believe you are a former world champ either...
