the real question should be why did mayweather duck him and not get paid $8millon to fight him and take on lesser easier opponents like gatti and baldomir. Remember the Gatti Fight was not for a belt. The $8mill would have been his 3rd biggest pay day after DLH and Hatton? WHy he has been ducked is simple. Its too much risk for guys like mayweather. For some reason i dont feel sorry for Margarito, He isnt Bob arum's bread and butter (Cotto and Pacman) and even if he beats Cotto on saturday he would still be behind people like Pavlik.
