He used to just give Floyd the cold shoulder.
It wasn't until Floyd became a massive superstar, after he beat Shane's boss, was Shane interested in fighting him.

I think Shane wasnt ready to make Mayweather a star at the time thats why he didnt want to fight Mayweather then, Now that he is a Megastar he wants Mayweather.

No. It's because Mosley wasn't ready to take another 'L'.
All his fights after Winky II have been fights made for him to win.
He ****ed up on the Cotto fight. Had he beaten Cotto, people would've been convinced that Shane was back and a fight with Floyd would've been inevitable.

yes it was floyd ridiculous offers or arums whatever. Either way floyd calling out winky was just a publicity stunt.
