Lets take a look at how good PBF's KO Power.
Out of 39-0 record, hes KO'd 25 opponents. That's 64 % of his opponents didn't make it to that final bell. Since leaving 130, Floyd's record has been: 12-0 with 5 KO's. When Floyd was at 130, he packed alot of Power into his Punch by KO'ing 20 of his 26 opponents. At 135, Floyd KO'd 1 of his 4 Opponents (didnt seem like Floyd could punch too hard at 135). At 140, Floyd KO'd 2 out of 3 opponents. At 147, he's KO'd 2 out of 4. And at 154, he SD ODLH. Floyd does have power.Comment

Floyd didn't commit to his punches when he fought De La Hoya, because he wasn't wearing gloves he was comfortable wearing.
Oscar forced him to wear Cleto Reyes gloves.Comment
