By Jake Donovan - In hyping up this weekend's big pay-per-view event, Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum doesn't hesitate to mention Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito in the same breath as some of the greatest welterweights in boxing history.

Not because he's trying to insist that either fight has already established as much as a Sugar Ray Robinson or a Henry Armstrong, just to name two among a lengthy list of richly talented fighters who've graced the division.
