Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao has cancelled his flight to the U.S. tonight in order to attend President Arroyo's State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday, July 28, at the Philippine Congress.

Pacquiao was supposed to be at ringside of the Cotto-Margarito fight at MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 26, where one of his boxers, Bernabe Concepcion, fights in the undercard.


Pacquiao confidant Rex 'Wakee' Salud said that Pacquiao will instead leave on Monday evening, July 28, where he will meet with Top Rank president Bob Arum to discuss about his next fight.
