Why are ESPN opponents always on 3 days notice??

    Why are ESPN opponents always on 3 days notice??

    Do they wait till last minute to pic or call an opponent? It's always the same thing... such and such person took the fight on a weeks notice, 3 days notice, 2 days, etc..

    Because if it's four days, that level of opponent might overtrain himself.

                There are some times though when an "opponent" has been in the gym for a while and just took the fight, and wound up scoring the upset.
