Hopkins turns this into a typical hopkins fight, he gets hit with a few rights but mostly clinches and headbutts. . .then he gets robbed on the decision, theres a surprising lack of outrage on boxing scene as most hate watching b-hop and cant wait for him to retire. Pavlik goes on and hopkins decides to have one more fight against RJJ post calzaghe, he wins that then retires.

Lockett and Taylor BOTH said they had a very hard time seeing Kelly's shots coming at them. The great Emanuel Steward quipped that he was "shocked" by the level of skill displayed by The Ghost and that Pavlik would present problems for any of the great middleweights he'd seen, mostly because of the way he disguised his shots.

Bottom line: you ask any fighter who's stepped into the ring with Kelly Pavlik, and I guarantee you they will not agree that he telegraphs his punches.

note to bernard hopkins the boxing industry doesn't like you or your attitude. they aren't gonna let you win fights that you deserve to win. they would rather have a spazz who missed every punch win over you. just leave.

Personally, I think it's pretty gay to worry about the b.s. titles. Let's just have the fighters at their most comfortable weights. Pavlik himself has said that he struggles to get down to 160lbs.
