Before the Mora fight I would of called Forrest...I think he just got old though. Cotto wins by KO

i think Forrest wins, i think hes too big. Hes 6'2 and is a natural 154 pounder. Not sure how though lol/

If we are talking Forrest now then Cotto demolishes him. Vernon is so bad now, it is pathetic to watch.

I think fight is completely dependent on how Vernon comes to the ring... if he comes to fight, and hes back on track... it wont matter what Cotto will do... if he looks old, then Cotto will run through him...

Cotto. He's big enough to do 154, although 147 is where the action is right now.

I don't agree with you. I think Forrest is so much more shot than Roy it is crazy. He literally got completely dominated by Mora. I honestly doubt there is a top 5 fighter from 147 through to 160 that Forrest could even be competitive against anymore.

And I completely disagree with you... He has ONE bad fight, and dude is shot... The fight before he looked great... I need more than one fight to base if a fighter is actually SHOT or not.

Forrest doesn't have the stamina anymore, I watched his fights with Baldomir and Piccirillo and he almost had the same problems he had with Mora, he can't sustain a good workrate anymore, Mora was the first one who actually pushed him a little bit and he got tired badly, Cotto wins right now.
