Cotto's jab surprised me early, but he was peddling away late but Shane was trying to load up so much late, he forgot combos. then Cotto made a little rally for the judges.
Couldn't believe he said he dogged the last round because he knew he won.
It looked a lot closer than that to me.

It was a real good fight, I thought the fight was a draw. I also thought that Cotto was fading at the end.

Wht's with the sudden praise for this fight? When it was first aired eveybody on here agreed that it was good, but not great. I just thought of how sloppy Mosely looked.

Both guys landed hard, but to no effect. That fact taks a lot of steam out of a fight. There is a lack of edge-of-your-seat drama when you don't wonder which punch can stop it. And to add to that, it didn't make up for it with tremendous boxing. I mean, Miguel did his thing in the later rounds, but it wasn't natural to him, and let's be honest- he would have made it more memorable with some slugging near the end. I'm not saying he should have (he shouldn't) but it definitely might have allowed you guys to give this fight the credit that you'reall suddenly showing it. But for what it was? Nah..
