I respect Marquez for having alot of heart bro... but considering the form AA is in, it is fair to say this will be a BIG mismatch.

How am I supposed to "know what you mean?" I only know what you say and you say this guy is a club fighter, yet he won an Olympic silver medal in the 1992 Olympic games in Barcelona and is a former world champion.

I don't know too many "club fighters" with those credentials. If you're rooting for Abraham, all power to you. But don't insult a fighter who has done a lot in his career and degrade the validity of this number one contender.

Raul didnt medal in the Olympics. He lost to a very good amateur named Orhan Delibas. He did however win numerous US national titles and won bronze at the World Amateur championships.
Marquez is a former world champion with impressive wins on his resume over Keith Mullings (close fight) and Shibata Flores, making him better than a club fighter.
His best performances pre-retirement were at 154, and he fought at 160 with bad results. But in his comeback his body has matured into a 160lb'er. To say that an Olympic J.Middle isn't a true middle 16 years later is a bit off based. But not nearly as ignorant as saying that a Bantamweight has a better chance at beating Abraham than Raul has.
And I'll leave you with this bit to consider. Wouldn't it be great if Vanes was Raul's chief sparring partner for this bout.

I don't see anyway marquez could beat aa. Not one. MAYBE marquez is faster, but he seems like the type that likes to go head to head=put to sleep! I am actually dissapointed this fight is made, other then the fact it is a mandatory. I wish aa would fight 1sturm, sylvester, or even lorenzo, at least he has some pop and is faster.

He could easily be boxed and he just covers himself that throws flurries which could mean that you could easily win if you keep moving around and try to counter

So you want him to fight Lorenzo a fighter that Marquez beat to get to Abrahem, thats just surprising.
