any news on rahman-toney appeal?

for purposes of collecting bets, when is it kosher to say that this decision sticks?!? besides the fact that i got 10k, i hope it sticks because i think rahman could have continued. winky fought b-hop with a much worse cut and b-hop is just as crafty as toney. diaz fought on against campbell. then again, both of them lost, but i really get the feeling that rahman just wanted out. toney was about to really turn it on....
