When Pavlik won the title, or was coming up to challenge for the title, Arthur ALRDY had a title and had alrdy beat Miranda. Now Pav wins the MW title and he deserves it, but right when he was getting big Arthurs ppl informed AA that in order to have a shot at Pavlik you must prove something to the American boxing fan, prove you are worthy. 1. AA is obligated to fight his mando (I think Raul Marquez)
2. the German network he is tied to has told him he had to come back and fill his fight obligations
