You....are...obsessed Although. It's pretty funny. Especially cause Cotto will win and we can bump this ****

Although Margarito has a good chance of an upset

is cotto ready for 150 punches thrown at him every round???
He will probably have more respect against Cotto than he did against the Clottey who refused to throw punches because of his ****ed up hands.

You would figure a record like that would be against a loser bum with an iron chin, but... it was actually against arguably Margarito's best opponent in Josuha Clottey.

            * Margarito suffered from a severe sprained ankle only a week before the bout, and also had problems with his left shoulder as reported days before the fight.
            * Clottey suffered an injured left hand in round four, probably while landing a left uppercut. He immediately went into retreat and told his corner at the break.
            * Showtime reported this live, explaining why Clottey proceded to lose rounds five through eleven on all three official scorecards.
            * Clottey later admitted his hand was not broken as initially reported.

                Yes, I know.

Even so, he claimed to hurt his hand around the 4th, and his punch output died after that.

So, even without the injury, Margarito is likely going to have more respect for Cotto than he did against a Clottey who was so reluctant to throw (for no apparent reason whatsoever).

Ever thought of Margarito hurting him and not want to throw back and just block his punches?

people need to stop using the ****** excuse of Clottey hurting his hand, he already admitted his hand wasnt hurt, thats self ownage already and people brining it up still just makes them look ******.

I have watched the fight, AND... Clottey was winning the early rounds pretty big in my view.

Also, most boxers are intelligent enough to realize that they are going to take less damage if they defend themself with punches in combination with blocking.

Since when has someone ever gotten out unscathed by just blocking?

But keep arguing with me about the Clottey fight... it's not the point of the thread, at all...

You can think whatever you want about the Clottey fight. You have already conceded that Clottey wasn't throwing back. I am saying that Margarito will have more respect for a Miguel Cotto who is throwing back (because he will), than he did for a Joshua Clottey, who you yourself admitted wasn't throwing back.
