How does someone like this have 5000 posts and not be banned? Honestly now, I don't take offense or anything but talk about reflecting bad on the board...

Anyways, Sykes was a disgrace but he is hardly a representation of American heavyweights.

The problem though stems from the ground up, no money put into developing young fighters and obviously you aren't going to get many. Everyone is mad about it but still don't realize it's probably a long term problem since any guy with the athleticism, size and ability to make it as a heavyweight contender probably doesn't want to box, wants to play basketball, football ect. And that's boxing's fault for dropping the ball when De La Hoya and Tyson were making millions of purses, promoters, managers, agents, alphabet orgs all got millions of dollars and none got invested back into boxing. The only people investing it back in were trainers running gyms who get the least money of all.

Some of the Heavyweights are tubs of lard and a disgrace to boxing, by the way they carry themselves.

Wlad and Haye are the only two fighters in the division who look like athletics and show the division some respect which it needs right now.
