How do you determine if a fighter is a bum?

What are certain things you look at when determining whether a guy is a bum or not?

The ONLY fighters who are Bums are those who turn up with NO WILL TO FIGHT.

Chuck Zelenoff being a prime example.
There are many so called "Bums" out there who stars of the future need to beat to gain experience for the future.
So called bums play as much a part in boxing as the champs do.
And those so called bums would kck most guys arses who were not boxers.
