Haye would be very open for counters, but Haye is very athletic and much younger, hungrier, faster hands and more power than Toney at this stage of Toneys career.

I would say that Haye takes it by a 117-111ish decsision..

As slow as Rahman is, he was still able to give Toney a little problem with his jab and grazed Toney with some right hands so I think if Haye's speed carries up with him, he should win a UD, Toney did look better than he has in a few fights though.
