    Can you improve your chin?

Defense can always be worked on but some fighters lately like Cotto and Klitchko have faired better when taking shots even though the level of fighters that they are facing have increased.

chew gum, lots of it. that's what chuvalo did and look where it got him, he is considered to have the strongest chin of all time. never been down, fought almost all of the best heavies known to man. so go to your corner shop and waste your entire savings on bubble gum and let's get to work baby!

So does RJJ have a good chin or de he waste his talent going up to Heavyweight? I think the move up in weight hurt his legacy and his chin was always good.

Neck work. It's usually the snapping of the neck that causes KO's when someone is hit on the chin especially with a hook.
