Which fight would you like to see next year?

    Hatton/Pacquiao or De La Hoya/Pacquiao.

Personally I believe Hatton/Pacquiao is the bigger, more reasonable fight. Moving up 5 pounds from 135 is something Manny knows he can do and still maintain his speed as was demonstrated from the jump to lightweight. This fight would be huge. It would do 80,000 plus in Wembely without a doubt.

De La Hoya is too big for Pacquiao and a jump to at least 147 now would be ridiculous.

I say one or two more fights at leightweight then a showdown with Hatton. IMO pacquiao knocks Hatton the **** out in the middle to late rounds. No way can Hatton beat Manny. infact I would no even be suprised if the knockout came early, as soon as Hatton starts to try and grapple Pacquiao will hurt him. Plus, if there are no other big fights at 140 after he retires Hatton then a move back to 135 won't be difficult, one tune up back at 135 and the Pacman would be back.

I would love to see Hatton/Pac. ODH is almost irrelevant imo.

I would prefer the Hatton fight, a fight with DLH is a physical mismatch.

The 1st highlighted point is correct, its just a weight class too far for Manny at the moment even though the fight may well be appealing.

The 2nd highlighted point is IMO very very wrong indeed!!!
Ill take bets on Hatton over Manny right now my friend.
Manny will be quicker than Hatton but im not sure he will be able to take Rickys power, especially the left hook to the body. Apart from Floyd no one has KO'd Hatton, Lazcano caught him sure but he wasnt badly hurt, neither was he against Collazo despite the stumble leading to popular opinion that he was on ***** street!! Collazo being much heavier than Manny woul weigh in too does nothing to show me that Manny will KO Hatton.
There is a chance if he stays out of the war he will get a decision victory though, ill admit that.
          Fancy a little side bet?

Hatton started his career 2 weight classes above Oscar. Oscar is still clearly bigger and too big for Pac. Pac shouldnt move up to 147 anyway

If it ever happens I'll bet you all my points (which is **** all) Pacquiao wins. Hatton is going downhill man. Did you watch the Lazcano bout? If Hatton can't cope well with Lazcano's speed and power at 140 (he was rocked twice badly as I am sure you know), Manny Pacquiao's speed and power at 140 would leave Hatton brain dead, he takes far too much stick.

Obviously this is all hearsay atm, you would have to expect Pacquiao and Hatton to win their fights late this year for the fight to happen next year.

I'm hoping the bookies here see Hatton as the favourite as I'll be straight down there to put £50 or so on Pac. (If I deem it a reasonable bet still to make after watching the the fights late this year).

de la hoya v pacquiao is ridiculous, de la hoya is a semi retired joke who doesnt deserve a fight witht her p4p #1 fighter, also he is twice mannys size!! manny might have a little chance in that he is quicker but that fight, along with every other fight involving oscar de la hoya in the last 3 or 4 years is irrelevant and only for money.....

hatton v pac would be a good fight, IMO pac man would be too quick, and would hit hard enough to put hatton to sleep in the mid to late rounds
