The only reason this wont happen before Paulie is the money it would cost to get Paulie to step aside, other than that i think the fight would happen in Nov.
Makes no odds really, Hatton will have a potentially easier time with Paulie than Manny might with Soto.

I think paulie either beats him or comes close...unless hatton gets lucky enough to lure paulie into a war of who has the bigger balls...because paulie punches so much lighter hatton would knock him out...

but if paulie uses his brain and both hands i think he sticks and moves his way to a close 12 decision win.
