Tough choice. But Mayweather in my book as more of a career achievement since he's now retired and won't have the chance to win again.

I know im gonna get alot of ****, but i voted for George St Pierre. With the exception of Anderson Silva, he's probably the best mma fighter in the world pfp!

Out of those choices, I would have to go with Pavlik. He's done more than all the others combined.

there calendar must be ****ed up.its the middle of the year so i guess it has to do with the year starting after the espys last year.so the hatton fight counts.

So your 2008 fighter of the year award goes to a guy who didnt even fight in 2008. Ok. If it were a lifeteime acheivement award, then u have a valid reason to pick him, but this is not a lifetime achievment award. Its a 2008 fighter of the year award.
