        This would have been FAR from the lowest selling PPV ever. It would blow the Pac-Diaz numbers out of the water. With a good countdown it would have sold 350k easy.

            The Juan Manuel Marquez-Joel Casamayor is the fight that shouldnt be on PPV. I know Mayorga-Mosley would have done maybe twice the number of buys compared to that fight. Thiers just too many big fights going on in this short time of Sep and Oct.

            lol This is one of the few fights I WANTED to be PPV, now were not going to get a countdown.

                this is excellent news...

                i think its best to have this fight on HBO rather than on HBO PPV...yes mayorga won his last fight...

                but judging by where their careers are on this point (close to ending) i think its best to give it to the fans without the $50 PPV charge...

                this is great news.

                                Unless mosely has turned 'old' overnight, I see this going the same way the mayorga/de la hoya fight went. Mayorga can't handle skilled guys. But, if you put him in with some-one who wants to fight rather then box, then he has a chance!
