Dan Rafael says Greg Leon cost Allan Green a shot at Pavlik

In Rafael's ESPN blog today, he blames btalk's G Leon for costing Allan Green a shot at Pavlik. Leon apparently disrespected Bob Arum on a conference call after demanding more money for Green (who was already being offered $450k plus training expenses, almost twice as much as Gary Lockett got).

Arum hung up on him and took the offer off the table. Apparently Leon kept calling back, wanting to take the original offer after his strategy failed miserably, but Arum won't take his calls.

BTW--Green's promoter, Tony Holden, made the deal with Arum and it was all ready to be signed, until Leon got involved as Green's "adviser." Holden is none too pleased, and understandably so.

lol, what an idiot. That actually is a pretty cool fight too, I've always liked Green. I think Pavlik would whoop his ass but still it's a good fight.
