KRK are great monitors. I have KRK V6s. Them ****s knock!

Yea Logic is really dope, but I've never sat there and ****ed with it. Pro Tools is real user friendly and the industry standard, but Logic does a lot more mixing wise (also has real good plug ins).
Yeah ProTools is indeed the best program out there from what I've heard. Since I'm new to this and I'm basically doing it as a hobby right now GarageBand suits me, you can do a lot of **** with it and I've yet scratch the surface. Once I get more familiarized with it I will move on to Logic, can you recommend me any good books on home recording? I was looking at www.amazon.com and found this, the reviews look good...

Agreed. I am boxing fan not a Mexican/PR fighter fan. This is a match most of us have been waiting for. I am going for Cotto but if Tony wins I am still going to Party at Pure in Ceasers or Tryst.

If you start out with Logic instead of Pro Tools you'll learn a lot. Pro Tools is used by most studios, but isn't necessarily the best if you use it to its full potential in comparison to Logic. But I've been using Pro Tools for 4 yrs now and it'd be pointless for me to revert elsewhere when I get the job done with what I got.

Yea if you're going to get in heavy with recording books like that and just searching through google, you'll find tips on recording and getting good acoustics. I do 95% of my music in my room and get a great sound out of it.
