Hmmm , over who , old Chavez was his biggest name , beaten by Phillips an average welter at best and never sought to avenge it while Phillips wanted the fight badly , big names are hard to find on his record because there is none .

He could have gone up where the really big fights were with ODH Mosely and company but didnt , he stayed at 140 defending against contender status fighters , good fighters but nowhere near Mosley and ODH class , great fighters can fight at higher weights against great fighters , Kostya was a really good champion but no way ATG status , he resume is not that of an ATG .
