    2.IBF
    3.WBA
    4.WBO
5.The belt my girlfriend got with that new outfit last week
    6.IBO

You forgot my new Armani belt. 100% black leather and a shiny silver buckle baby, yer that's right. There was only 50 of them left in that Spanish market when I got it, so it's worth more and is rarer than the WBU belt.

I think they're all fairly dodgy to be honest. It seems to me that the WBC favours American boxers whereas the WBO seems to favour Europeans.

I only really pay attention to Ring belts these days, but a good rule of thumb I find is that the boxer gives the belt value, not the other way around.

i always thought of IBF/WBA as a close call and was going to put them the joint no.2 but there you go.

I have been watching boxing for about 10 years now and its something i always wanted to know.. thanks

i was going to add the status of the boxer in alot of cases makes the belt but i just wanted to know if there was anything offical about the order although they will all claim to be the best.

You can't rank the organizations. The WBC is not less corrupt than other organizations.

That's true, but we are talking about the prestiege of the belts not who is more corrupt.
