Upset Ranking: (1-10) Jones vs Calzaghe

Just curious what the forum would rank this fight, if Roy Jones Jr. were to pull an upset over Joe Calzaghe.

Because Roy is Roy, no win he ever managed to pull off could ever be considered that much of an upset IMO.

It would be a significant upset. It wouldn't be an epic upset like Douglas/Tyson obviously, but considering where these guys are in their respective career's, Roy winning would be unexpected and impressive.

It's not that difficult to imagine Roy winning (even though I don't think he will), but because of the early odds I made it a 6. If I were going off the different polls I've seen it would be much lower.

Since I think Joe/Jones is 45/55 fight (favoring Joe slightly), I don't think it would be much of an upset.

Not as upset as RJ would be if you didn't swallow.

I'd say about a 6 or 7 considering where they are at this point. A win for Jones would be a pretty big upset.

I don't know what kind of a ranking this is supposed to be but I imagined that 10 is a huge upset, 5 is an even 50-50 fight, 1 is an expected result/mismatch.

Thinking it over again I would change my vote to 8, as Calzaghe is getting older and is not a natural LHW.

Roy is past it but he can still fight in spurts.
I can see a combination like the one in the Hanshaw fight landing and dropping a careless Calzaghe but not really knocking him out, which is why it would be a big upset IMO... I just can't see Jones winning a decision at this point.
