Nah no-one can say Jones. The man proved his chin over many years. His 2 KOs weren't because his chin suddenly turned to glass, it was just the natural process of ageing and fighting well beyond your prime. Anyone can get KO'd if they fight beyond their prime for too long.

Yea what the hell was he talkin about? Even when he got KO'd it took alotta right hands to do that, and the last one he got caught with a monster right hand..

Exactly, Taylor took a lot of big right hands from Pavlik in the first fight before he got KO'd....Taylor took huge bombs in the rematch too and never went down, he was hurt pretty bad to the body though.

thats why i put J M Marquez and Taylor towards the bottom cause J M Marquez has been down many times and Taylor has been knocked out and hurt by what i consider none punchers in Winky and Hopkins they probably have 7/10 chins but they dont have a Calzaghe ,Hopkins like chin so thats why they make the bottom of my list

hopkins a none puncher???? bernard isnt a KO artist but hes always dangerous with his lead or counter straight right which he times well and throws hard....i wouldnt call him a none puncher

i honestly think the worst chin in the world champs/elite class of boxing today belongs to wlad klitchsko.....the guy is packing 100 % ukrainian made glass....you saw thompson, who aint a puncher, send him rocking back on his heels in their fight i forget which round, if thompson had a bit of go in him and jumped on wlad with some follow up shots i honestly think he might have put wlad on his ass and maybe stopped him.....imagine that jaw gettin hit by a hayemaker......

a poll on here last year put Cotto as having the worst chin in boxing, despite the fact he's undefeated.

I like Roy Jones but he never had a great chin. I also heard someone mention that he has proved his chin over the years, which is not true. He had so much ability and reflexes that no one managed to catch his chin when he was on his prime. The only fighter that came close was Lou Dell Valle, and he hurt Jones, buckled his legs and dropped him for the first time. I wouldn't say a prime Jones had the chin that he showed against Johnson and Tarver, but i wouldn't consider it very good.

Amir khan. Although he is only fighting at British level, the Olympic medallist is a household name in UK and a millionaire so he has to be the worst of the famous fighters.

BTW this is not to suggest they are all packing glass the list goes from weakest to strongest but still relatively questionable chins

Taylor has a good chin, he took plenty of solid shots from Pavlik.
